Hi, I'm Kendahl Rose, a queer, film focused wedding photographer who specializes in radical authenticity. I'm Maryland based but will travel wherever you need me.
If you’re looking for photography that feels nostalgic, intentional, and anchored in real connection, you’re in the right place.
This space is inclusive, rooted in celebrating all love, all identities, and the kind of connection that feels fully your own, without needing to make yourselves smaller or more “palatable” for the camera.
The result is imagery that feels elevated, effortless, and actually like you.
A lot of what inspires me comes from the feeling old photographs leave behind. The photos that feel a little imperfect, a little worn-in, but impossible to stop looking at. I’m drawn to things that feel nostalgic without trying too hard. I'm inspired by late-night direct flash, old fashion editorials, grainy Polaroids, messy movement, dim hotel lighting, lipstick on a glass, cigarette smoke hanging in the air, the texture of velvet or worn leather, the way memory romanticizes things over time.
I think that influence naturally finds its way into my work. I want images to feel personal and atmospheric. I want my work to feel like something you found years later in a box under your bed and suddenly couldn’t stop thinking about.
Wedding photography for the vintage-inspired.

If you’re envisioning something that isn’t listed here, ask anyway.
Some of my favorite shoots started as half-formed ideas or concepts that didn’t fully make sense yet. I’m always down to hear what you’re thinking and see what we can turn it into.
